    Back in 2014, when the Unity UI was new, I had an idea to make a color picker to use in game using the new UI system. Thus, HSV Color Picker was created. Nearly 9 years later, the library has reached 500+ stars on GitHub! It's wild to me that potentially that many people are using code I wrote in their games.

    My previous laptop's battery was dying, so I was looking for a new laptop, and Framework caught my eye. I've never been afraid to take apart and swap out drives in my previous laptops, so I was pretty excited about getting one that was built for repairability.

    Wow, what a year. Looking back, I didn't play too many new games, or at least games that stood out to me as my game of the year. I played Among Us and Fall Guys and while they were good, they were not my best. Heck, I could add Hades again to my top games.

    Not sure why but this article is taking me forever to write, all the way until February. Here's to writing more in the new year.

    Source control can be daunting but it is pretty important for sharing with others and backing up to prevent data loss. I will cover installing git on a windows environment, using online repositories (repos) and getting a Unity game setup with git.

    My top games this year. Not necessarily when they were released but when I played them. This list is not exactly 5 games anyways. I don't think I played many of the super popular games this year, at least I'm not remembering them. What even came out this year?

    I listen to a lot of music and game soundtracks so my rankings will also include how often I listen to the soundtracks.
